Single Session Option: Personal training delivered right to your door, no commute necessary. Your one-hour session will include a full warm-up focusing on mobility and engagement, a workout utilizing the equipment available to you, and an extensive cool-down promoting flexibility and injury prevention.

Comprehensive Package Option ($620 value): Combine the benefits of The Grind Before Wine Custom Programs and traditional in-home personal training. Clients will meet with Ashley in their home gym once per week for four weeks. In between sessions, clients will follow their custom program and will have full access to Ashley for questions, accountability, and support.
