If you’d like a program built around you, your schedule, your goals, and your equipment, this option is for you. Your Custom Basic program will include a 4 weeks of workouts, demonstration videos, and a progress tracker.

If you’re looking for a little more coaching, guidance, and accountability, consider upgrading to Custom Program Plus. In addition to your workouts, demonstration videos, progress tracker, and introductory coaching call, you’ll also receive weekly check-ins to address questions or concerns, check form, make adjustments, and ensure that you are prepared for the upcoming week. At the end of the month, you’ll receive a progress call to review what you accomplished in the month, what could use additional work and improvement, and what you will focus on in the upcoming month.

Those who are looking for a combination of personal training and custom programming can take advantage of the Custom Program Elite option. In addition to all of the benefits listed above, you’ll also receive a one hour virtual personal training session each week for 4 weeks. Offering you the most direction, coaching, and collaboration, this option is an extremely efficient and effective way to achieve the results you’re seeking.

Once you purchase a custom program option, you will receive a questionnaire within 48 hours. The questionnaire will give you the opportunity to describe the equipment available to you, your current fitness routine, your goals, and other important information. After we receive your completed questionnaire, you can expect to receive your custom program in 4-7 days.
