What’s included in this package?

  • A 30 minute intro call to discuss goals, past or current injuries, the equipment and space available to you, and anything else that might impact your experience, as well as a movement assessment to ensure that your program is one that you can complete safely.

  • A one month custom program that includes a month full of workouts and demonstration videos.

  • Weekly check-ins in which we’ll chat about progress, address questions or concerns, make adjustments, and check form.

  • A 30 minute end-of-month coaching call to discuss what we accomplished in the previous month and what we want to focus on in the upcoming month.

  • A 50 minute nutrition coaching session that will help you to align your fitness goals with your nutrition and your lifestyle.
